Buyer Specialist North Lake Tahoe: Cindy Hillery

Cindy is a Buyer Specialist for the Morrison Sales Team with a focus on homes around the north and west shores of Lake Tahoe.  Cindy has experience with all aspects of the real estate transaction and short-sale process from both the buyers and sellers perspective.  Before Cindy became a Buyer Specialist, she worked as the Customer Care Specialist in our office and handled the transaction paperwork for all our clients.  Her background and attention to detail allow her to assist buyers through the process of finding and buying the perfect home and continues the Morrison Sales Team tradition of always providing excellent personal and professional service.  Cindy's home is in Tahoe City and she splits her time between the Truckee and Tahoe City offices. 

Buyer Specialist Truckee: Nicole Folks

Our Buyer Specialist, Nicole, focuses on the Truckee Area and knows the market well. She excels in the ability to connect with buyers and lead them to the perfect home. She is well versed in the art of negotiations and transaction coordination. Nicole very quickly transitioned from her original position with our team as Transaction Coordinator to Buyer Specialist thanks to her knowledge of the Truckee market and her solid skills as a sales agent.  Nicole's home is in Tahoe Donner and she spends her time in the Truckee office.
